And LG is absolutely fabulous at this.
Resolution: The LG M6100 is a GSM mobile. With a great look, it is a compressed MP3 phone. Packed with some of the most exciting features, it lives upto its tagline, ‘Experience the beauty and clarity.’ Though the phone has an average 1.3-mega pixels camera, the resolution is pretty clear. A number of features can be set, in terms of brightness, image definition, white balance and clarity. The camera also has a digital 4X zoom. This enhances the camera quality and is perfect for video shooting.
Sound and weight: The phone is very light in weight. Weighing upto only 83grams, it is stylish and fully loaded with enjoyment. The Mp3 player is its main feature. The quality of music is grand with four video players. The clear sound and supportive speakers make the phone worth the money. LG M6100 also plays mp3 and mpeg4 video files. A number of music files can be stored within the internal memory of 128MB. It’s small in size and beautiful in nature. LGM6100 has become the music mobile phone.
Colors: LGM6100 comes in three different colors, namely black, silver and blue. Blue especially looks very classy. However, the pearl white finish is the best. The finish replicates quality. The keypad of the phone lights up pretty well and is easy to use. The buttons are not hard, though it looks slightly stuffed. The lens of the camera that is placed behind the phone is covered up within the slide.
Display unit: The screen of the phone is not very huge. It is pretty basic. Also, the phone is capable of displaying upto262k colors. Though the interior features are well directed and placed, the keys on the keypad and the main keys on either side cannot be personalized. Usually phones these days are user friendly and encourage setting of personalized keys. However LGM6100 lacks this feature. The display of the features is again basic and there is nothing unique or new about it. The usual 3X3 grid is visible while selecting calls or messages. However, an option providing a number of themes and wallpapers is fun. At least one can change the display form various alternatives like colorful life, music, cool city etc. Another fun choice one can make is to insert texts on the display of the screen.
Contacts: Around a thousand contacts can be saved on LGM6100. The option of speed dial is present but voice dial and voice command is absent. The Internet connection on the phone is the easiest task. It is fast and reliable. Along with this the infrared and Bluetooth also work superbly. The usual features like USB file transfer, light weighed etc are all present in LGM6100.
LG phones have always been a great success. They have targeted middle-income groups more but have sophisticated high end mobile too. LGM6100 is small and lovely. The only problem is that the phone is positioned as a music phone and has a little less memory, lacking external memory card facility too. However, this phone is best suited for college goers and working ladies. LGM6100 is fun, fancy and fulfilling.
